David J. Brown

President/CEO

David BrownIn 1989, David J. Brown graduated with honors from Rochester Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Business Management. From 1987 to 2000, Mr. Brown served in the United States Army National Guard and held various officer ranks. In 1990, Mr. Brown moved from a management position of Carey Limousine to owner, and began Premiere Transportation Group. As President and CEO, Mr. Brown also completed Defensive Driving/Body Guard School in 1994 and the Leadership Management Course in 2001. Daily, Mr. Brown oversees the operations of the nearly 50 vehicle fleet. He is member of the National Limousine Association. Mr. Brown is an avid military and history buff, and also enjoys spending his free time traveling with his wife Danielle, son Maxwell and daughter Alexa.

Denise Crisafulli

Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer

Denise CrisafulliDenise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the College of St. Rose, graduating with honors in 1983. After working in the healthcare field at Albany Medical Center, Denise stepped in as co-owner of Premiere Transportation in October of 1990. Currently, semi-retired, she handles  administrative tasks including insurance and employee benefits. She oversees the sales and marketing efforts as well. On top of her leadership role at Premiere, Denise also holds a real estate license. She loves to paint, collect antiques, and is also an excellent interior designer.

David Ericsen

Vice President of Operations

David EricsonDavid joined Premiere Transportation in 2008. Previously, David was employed in the automotive industry as a Service Director of Fixed Operations. In 2004, David was involved in the presentation of the Honda FCX (a fuel cell prototype) alongside the President and CEO of American Honda Motor Company, Mr. Koichi Kondo. His extensive background in automotive operations has had a valuable impact on the maintenance of the Premiere fleet. David oversees company operations; chauffeur training, maintenance and dispatching departments and quality of service and cost effective management resources. David has two children and loves to golf.

Elizabeth Perella

Director of Business Development

Elizabeth PerellaElizabeth has a bachelor’s in marketing from Central CT State University. Currently, she handles the marketing and sales with Premiere. With more than 15 years of sales expertise she enjoys building relationships with clients and keeping Premiere front of mind. In addition, she enjoys giving back to the community and has worked closely with numerous non-profit organizations in the Capital District & Saratoga. Outside of work she is busy enjoying and raising a family of five children.

Janis Michalski

Office Manager

Janis MichalskiJanis started with Premiere Transportation in July of 2002 where she began as a Reservation Specialist, assisting clients as well as providing support to her fellow team members. Utilizing her abilities to efficiently multi-task, Janis also took on the responsibility of staff training, and providing resolutions on various issues. As the Office Manager, she supports all staff members in their daily office operations; as well as directly interacting with the Executive team. Janis is also the Manager of Affiliate relations. Her #1 PRIORITY IS TO TAKE CARE OF THE CLIENT, she takes great pleasure in making sure that all their needs are met.

In her spare time Janis enjoys spending time with her husband, Don, daughter Racquel, step daughter Megan, and her son Jack. She also enjoys bowling, camping, and anything outdoors.

Deb Windsheimer

Lead Reservation Supervisor

Deb WindsheimerDeb is affectionately known around the office as “The Smiling Queen” and with good reason. With over 20 years in customer service and an unparalleled work ethic, she genuinely enjoys taking care of her clients. Deb has a variety of responsibilities within the office such as supervising the reservations team, and assisting the Office Manager in various duties.

Deb and her husband, Dave, live in the bustling metropolis of Schenectady. They enjoy reading, music, traveling to the Adirondacks & Vermont, and are avid New York Mets fans. Let’s Go Mets!

Lisa Lorini

Reservation/Billing Specialist

Lisa LoriniLisa has been with Premiere Transportation Group since 1999. Prior to Premiere, she was employed at Fishco and United Food Service. For both companies she performed various duties ranging from closing out driver sheets, to accounts payables and receivables as well as calling in payroll. At Premiere her various duties include invoice processing, and fielding customer issues regarding payments and billing. Lisa is a devoted pet lover, loves to read and enjoys all things NASCAR.

Louise Hartman

Client Support

Louise HartmanCurrently resides in Cobleskill, NY she is a recent graduate from SUNY Oneonta where she studied Biology. She comes to Premiere from Howe Caverns where she worked for 6 years. While at Howe Caverns she was a photographer, a tour guide, and then moved to the hotel area where she took reservations and interacted with the clients to assure their stay was excellent. Louise enjoys reading, writing and painting in her spare time.

Susan Holland

Reservations Specialist

Susan HollandSusan resides in Clifton Park, New York with her fiancée and two cats. She comes to Premiere Transportation from a background in the Hospitality Industry, holding managerial positions in Sales, Front Office and the Food & Beverage Departments. After many years in the hospitality industry she ventured out into the medical field as a Medical Assistant. She has always held positions that she was able to be of help to people. In Susan’s spare time she volunteers for Whiskers Benevolent Association and is an advocate for animal rights. She enjoys reading non-fiction and traveling.
