Premiere Transportation Group Acquires Diamond Limousine

PREMIERE TRANSPORTATION GROUP ACQUIRES DIAMOND LIMOUSINE
ALBANY, N.Y. -- Premiere Transportation Group has purchased Diamond Limousine of Albany.
Diamond Limousine was established in 1981 in Albany, with more than 95 percent of its business dedicated to private funeral transportation. Premiere purchased the company, owned by Timothy P. O'Brien, for an undisclosed sum in late April.
With the purchase, Premiere acquired five limousines and two hearses, bringing its total fleet to 46 vehicles.
"This acquisition improves our fleet utilization," said Premiere's President David J. Brown. "Most of our limousines are used in the evening. Now those same vehicles will be able to assist with funerals during the daytime hours," continues Brown.
"We look forward to expanding our relationships with the area's funeral directors and adding to our already professional staff," Mr. Brown said.
